Partnering with the City of Newark Department of Parks & Recreation, BikeNewark produced a recreation amenities resource map that highlights area parks, noting specific park amenities with an overlay of the Newark Bikeways low-stress network, as well as many off-road trails.
The map was produced to appear in the four information kiosks that are positioned along Bikeways segments in City-owned recreation areas along with a larger Bikeways map. The kiosks were bought by BikeNewark, paid for through grants, and installed by City staff.
