BikeNewark is a partnership of interested cyclists and organizations working to improve bicycling in Newark, Delaware. (See Our Mission and Our Philosophy.)

BikeNewark comprises city residents, non-residents, and liaisons from our partner organizations:
- City of Newark
- Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT)
- University of Delaware
- Newark Bike Project
- Wilmington Area Planning Council (WILMAPCO)
- Bike Delaware
- Delaware Greenways
Participation is open to all who have a passion for our mission (as stated in the opening paragraph) and are willing to work collaboratively toward that end. (See Our Bylaws with regard to membership and how the partnership operates.)
